Bio-Kult
Sales per visitor, with dwell time up 15%

Bio-Kult partnered with Toucan to redesign and elevate their Amazon Brand Store for 2025, bringing the brand's refreshed identity to life inside the Amazon environment. The new storefront balances product-focused content, lifestyle imagery and key USPs to create a cohesive brand experience, with a clear navigation structure that guides shoppers through the range while reinforcing brand credibility and education.
What stood in the way
- A storefront that no longer reflected Bio-Kult's refreshed brand identity.
- Navigation that made a growing, multi-category range harder to shop than it needed to be.
- Product content, lifestyle imagery and USPs competing with each other rather than working together.
- A catalogue spanning five distinct product categories across both UK and US markets.
- Content quality drifting between PDPs, A+ and the supporting assets around them.
What we did about it
- Rebuilding the store around a category header, lead hero image and structured product grids.
- Rolling one content system across listing imagery, A+ Premium, Brand Story and DSP.
- Adapting messaging and formats per product, audience and market without rebuilding from scratch.

What changed
The redesigned store drove strong improvements in engagement and conversion, with sales per visitor up 137%, dwell time up 15% and bounce rate down 27%. Beyond the store itself, the same content system now runs across Bio-Kult's entire catalogue in both the UK and US, giving the brand a cohesive and scalable presence across the digital shelf.
