Shop operations, affiliate programmes, UGC and creator content, LIVE selling and paid: full-service TikTok Shop activation from a certified TikTok Shop Partner.

TikTok Shop Management
Catalogue setup, creator partnerships, live shopping and always-on content, run by a certified TikTok Shop Partner, not bolted onto an Amazon-first team as an afterthought.
Explore TikTok Shop ManagementCreative
Photography, video and platform-native content built for Amazon listings, A+ Content, Brand Stores and TikTok Shop, where storytelling and conversion rate are the same job.
Explore CreativeEverything a TikTok-only agency does, with an Amazon team next door.
No part of a TikTok Shop specialist's scope sits outside ours. Shop operations, affiliates, content, LIVE, paid and measurement are run by a dedicated TikTok team, certified as a TikTok Shop Partner. What a Shop-only agency can't do is capture the branded search TikTok creates, and those people sit in the same building.

Affiliates and creators
- Affiliate marketplace listing and commission structure
- Mass outreach to build the base, targeted outreach to build revenue
- Sample seeding, tracked from despatch to posted video
- WhatsApp community groups, run daily rather than at launch

LIVE selling
- An always-on LIVE schedule, not a one-off broadcast
- Run of show, product sequencing and offer timing
- Host briefed and rehearsed: your founder, an affiliate, or one we bring in
- Moderation and comment handling through the session
- Stock, dispatch and service readiness for a spike
- Countdown bidding and newer LIVE formats as they open up
Paid amplification
- GMV Max, run behind what is already converting organically
- Spark Ads on creator and affiliate content
- Product shopping ads for new-to-brand reach
- Search ads and keyword management
- Co-funded and smart promotion programmes
- Budget managed to incremental GMV, not to a blended ROAS number
Measurement
- GMV, orders and revenue reported weekly
- Affiliate performance by creator, not only in aggregate
- Content performance down to the individual video
- LIVE read per session and per product
- Halo onto Amazon branded search and organic rank
- One commercial view across both channels, from one team
Affiliates aren't a line in the plan. They are the channel.
On TikTok Shop, creators are how products get found, which makes creator recruitment a revenue function rather than a marketing one. We run it in three stages, and the third is the one most programmes never reach.
Mass outreach, to build the base
Volume invitations across your category, so the shop has creators posting in the first week instead of a catalogue with nothing behind it. This stage is deliberately wide: it gives the algorithm something to distribute and tells us which kinds of creator actually convert your product.
Targeted outreach, to build revenue
Once the data says who sells, outreach gets personal. Creators are picked for category and audience fit, approached individually, sent product, and offered a commission that reflects what they return. One cleaning brand launched affiliate-first and creators drove 72% of sales from a first batch of samples.

Higher commissions for proven partners, WhatsApp community groups, competitions, first look at launches, and a named person who answers. A haircare creator competition grew affiliate sales month on month and lifted video volume 11%, from creators who were already on the roster.
Source: Toucan Talks, April 2026We manage the relationships, not just the roster.
An affiliate roster is a list. A creator community is a channel. The difference is the unglamorous work most agencies leave sitting in the portal.
WhatsApp community groups
A group per brand where creators get briefs, restock news, trending sounds and answers in minutes. A portal notification goes unread; a group chat is where creators actually decide what they film next.
Competitions and incentives
Leaderboards, prizes and tiered commission that give your best affiliates a reason to keep posting. One haircare competition lifted video volume 11% and grew affiliate sales month on month.
See the sourceSample seeding, tracked
We decide who gets product, chase what gets posted, and stop sending to creators who don't post. Seeding without follow-up is giving stock away and calling it a strategy.
Events, ours and yours
We host Toucan Talks twice a year for brand and marketplace teams, with TikTok Shop themselves on the bill, and we run creator sessions around launches and peak trading.
See Toucan TalksNamed contacts, not a queue
Creators and your team talk to the same people who run the shop. Nothing routes through an account manager relaying answers from someone they've never met.
Commission, disputes and admin
Commission changes, payment queries, content takedowns and marketplace disputes are ours to handle, so they never land on your team's desk.
A brief a creator actually wants to make.
The gap between UGC that converts and UGC that gets 300 views is almost always the brief. A product description and a discount code is not a brief. Ours are written per creator, per format and per category, because a compliance-bound supplements script and a get-ready-with-me for a beauty launch have almost nothing in common.

The hook, written for two seconds
We write the opening line and the visual that carries it, because that is what decides whether anything after it gets watched. Two or three hook options per brief, so there is something to test rather than one guess.
Claims we can actually make
Health, beauty and supplement copy is checked against what the product is allowed to claim before it reaches a creator, not after a video is live. It saves takedowns, and it saves the relationship with the creator who made it.
Format matched to the creator
Review, unboxing, problem and solution, get-ready-with-me, founder-led, or a trend recreation. Chosen per creator against what already performs on their own account, rather than one script sent to everybody.
Sound, trend and the window
The sound and the trend are named in the brief, along with how long we think the window stays open. A trend brief sent a fortnight late is a brief for a video nobody will see.
Non-negotiables, kept short
Product on screen early, on-screen text, the shop CTA, and the framing we need if the video goes into paid. Everything else is left to the creator, because over-scripted UGC reads as an ad and performs like one.
What happens to the winner
The brief says up front how a winning video gets reused: Spark Ads, GMV Max, the shop, or a cut for Amazon. Creators are told that at the point of briefing, and paid accordingly.
Content that performs is fed back into the next round of briefs, so the hooks, formats and creators that convert get more of the volume and the ones that don't quietly stop getting it.
LIVE run like programming, not a phone propped against a box.
A single broadcast to an audience you haven't built returns close to nothing. LIVE works as a schedule: sustained signal for the algorithm, and a reason for a shopper to buy in the moment rather than later. We plan sessions the way a shopping channel plans an hour.
Before the session
- The slot picked against when your buyers are actually on the app, then promoted in short-form and to the affiliate community.
- A run of show: product order, offer timing, demo moments, and the points where the host recaps for whoever just joined.
- The host briefed and rehearsed, whether that is your founder, an affiliate or a host we bring in.
- Stock, dispatch and customer service checked against what a spike would do to all three.
During the session
- A host on camera and a moderator in the comments, so questions get answered while the sale is still live.
- Offers and bundles released against the audience curve rather than at a time set the week before.
- Products pinned, unpinned and re-sequenced live, based on what the room is responding to.
- Countdown bidding and newer LIVE formats used where the category actually suits them.
After the session
- The moments that sold clipped into short-form the same week, while the sound and the format still land.
- Paid put behind the clips that convert, through Spark Ads and GMV Max.
- Sales read per session and per product, so the next run of show is built on evidence.
- The affiliates who showed up given first call on the next one.
Content as a service on its own, not only inside a retainer.
Not every brand wants their shop handed over. Plenty run operations perfectly well in-house and are short of exactly one thing: enough platform-native content, consistently, to keep the algorithm interested. That is available on its own.
Either way it is the same team and the same studio. Toucan Studios shoots in-house, which is why the content gets built around what the performance data says is stopping the sale rather than around a mood board.
- In-house shoot days at Toucan Studios
- UGC, review-style and founder-led content
- Creator-generated content, sourced and briefed
- Editing, versioning and hook variants for testing
- Trend and sound monitoring
- Content-level reporting on what actually converted
Full account management
Shop operations, affiliates, LIVE, paid and content run as one system, with the content produced against the account's own performance data.
TikTok Shop ManagementContent only
Shoot days, UGC, creator content, editing and hook variants, delivered to your team to post and boost. No shop access required.
Toucan Studios
A team built around TikTok Shop, not bolted onto one
Every service above is run by the same team, cross-briefed on your account, not handed between departments with a new person for every function.
That's what makes the difference between a vendor list and an agency: one team accountable for the whole TikTok Shop result.
TikTok Shop: your questions answered
How does TikTok Shop work?
TikTok Shop collapses discovery and checkout into one platform. Someone sees a video or livestream, taps, and buys without leaving the app or visiting a product page the way they would on Amazon. That changes the work: you're not driving traffic to a store, you're producing content that sells inside the feed, continuously.
Is TikTok Shop worth it for brands?
It's worth it where the product can be demonstrated or explained in a few seconds and the margin supports both TikTok's commission and an affiliate rate. Beauty, food, supplements and household products tend to work; considered, high-price purchases are harder. If you can't commit to always-on content, the channel will underperform regardless of budget.
Do I need creators to sell on TikTok Shop?
In practice, yes. The algorithm rewards products with active creator content and live shopping behind them. A catalogue uploaded without creator activity has nothing for the platform to distribute, which is why creator strategy is structural rather than an optional add-on.
Do I need an existing TikTok following to launch a TikTok Shop?
No. Distribution on TikTok comes from the For You Page rather than your follower count, so a brand with no audience can sell from day one if the content and creator activity are there. A following helps with retention and repeat purchase; it isn't the thing that starts the sales.
Can I run TikTok Shop and Amazon at the same time?
Yes, and they work better together. TikTok Shop reaches shoppers in discovery mode and creates branded search that shows up on Amazon afterwards, while Amazon captures the demand once it exists. Running both under one team is how you see that relationship in the numbers instead of debating it between two agencies.
How do you work with TikTok Shop affiliates day to day?
The programme runs in three stages: mass outreach to build a base of creators posting, targeted outreach to the ones the data says convert, then loyalty work to keep them. That last stage is the day-to-day part, and it happens in a WhatsApp community group per brand rather than through the affiliate portal: briefs, restock news, trending sounds, competitions and answers within minutes. Samples are seeded deliberately and chased, commissions and disputes are handled by us, and the top partners get first look at launches.
Can Toucan produce the content without managing our shop?
Yes. Content is available on its own: shoot days at Toucan Studios, UGC and creator-generated video, editing, hook variants and content-level reporting, delivered to your team to post and boost, with no shop access needed. Plenty of brands run operations well in-house and are short of exactly one thing, which is enough platform-native content to keep the algorithm interested.
Is TikTok Shop the same as TikTok advertising?
No. TikTok ads buy reach on the platform and can send people anywhere, including your own site. TikTok Shop is the in-app storefront and checkout, with its own catalogue, commissions, creator affiliate programme and LIVE selling. Paid amplification sits behind Shop content, but the Shop is what turns the attention into an order.
